What is the expected TAT (Turn Around Time) for receiving Pathology reports?
For uncomplicated cases, reports are available on the next business day. In complicated cases involving special stains, decalcification, etc reports are available within two or more business days, as appropriate to complete the diagnostic process.
Is it possible to receive same day diagnostic services?
Urgent biopsy cases may be processed the same day with our state of the art microwave technology. Such service can be provided upon physician/surgeon request, when such a request is made before 3 pm.

How is the billing process conducted?
We participate with all insurance carriers and bill the insurance companies directly. Patients are only charged for allowable co-pays and deductibles, as manadated by federal law, in amounts determined by their own insurance carriers. Self-pay (uninsured) patients will usually have a convenient discounted payment schedule established with our billing office. The convenience of credit card payments is available.
